Faith and Hope are the absolute best. They first helped my son find a house. I was very impressed with how patient they were helping a young couple buying a first home. They understand that home buying is a process of learning and sometimes even suffering from some disappointments, especially on Long Island where homes often sell for over asking price. They helped my son and daughter-in-law find and schedule an inspection, mortgage, lawyer, they were so helpful with everything right through their hand-holding at the closing. So when I decided to buy a place closer to my son's family, there was no doubt I'd be turning to Faith and Hope. They are so responsive and ready to schedule home viewings at a moment's notice. Like my son, I was disappointed after being outbid a few times. Faith and Hope were very encouraging throughout and helped me find the perfect place. Once I found my home, they continued to go above and beyond what's required of realtors. I'll be doing big renovations--Faith and Hope were SOOO helpful as I interviewed contractors even before I closed. They're both very knowledgeable about home renovations, property taxes, stores in the neighborhoods, you name it. And they're both fun, really good people!
